Postcard van der Wateren No. 16 Shortly after 1900 the red “Khukris & Chakras” postcard got a new design. The ornament to left of the horse under NEPAL SARKAR changed from a thick double spearhead design to a thin single line looking like a needle. The comlete text is written in a noticeably smaller font size. The outside frame from left to right is smaller. From the first years after the change, between 1902 and 1910 only 2 to 5 used cards have been recorded (all van der Wateren No. 16).
